Beginning Monday, February 29, 2016, we will be accepting walk-in Passport customers Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM. Appointments can still be scheduled online here. Due to the nature of seeing customers on a walk-in basis, there are sometimes lengthy wait times.
Expedited Passports are only accepted from 8:00 AM - 12:00 noon. No Expedited Passports will be accepted after 12:00 noon.
Passport appointments must be scheduled online or in our office. No appointments will be made by telephone. All passport applicants MUST appear in person, including minor children. Before you arrive for your appointment, please make sure that you have all of the required items. Before you meet with a clerk, please make sure you have completed all sections of the application, but DO NOT SIGN THE APPLICATION until an authorized agent instructs you to do so, or it may be necessary to schedule an addition appointment.
